This site is dedicated to Sergio Klein; professional guitarist, composer and author. Since the early 90's he has played and written music with a varied range of ensembles and bands. His skills span genres – from pop and metal to jazz and contemporary classical music.
Apart from his music production company, Artshock-Studios, Sergio’s past projects include the groups The Outside, Aztekanayas, Ablaze, Agonized, The Sergio Klein Quartet, The Sergio Klein Trio, Abracadaver and Al Negro. With these musicians, he has seen the world and played for audiences on almost every continent. As a composer and professional session guitarist, he has also collected ample experience recording and directing music in the studio.
Currently, Sergio is channeling his passion for music instruction and guitar into Fretfury Guitar Lessons – an online guitar academy and support community, and the legendary South-American metal band, CRIMINAL (Metal Blade Records).
His extensive theoretical background has earned him invitations to hold a series of harmony and improvisation masterclasses at several universities around the world.
A world-class player and composer, Sergio's trademark is his powerful tone and striking ability to blend heavy metal, blues, rock, Latin and jazz into a style that is unmistakably his from the very first listen.
